Integrated Living sought to merge their logistics and customer service functions into one centre.The new office fit-out space had to provide a centralised location for the smaller regional offices and enable them to showcase their technology solutions for in-home care.

Improved workplace branding through a well-designed office fit-out

Providing flexibility through awell-designed office fit-out

The new office layout is future-proof, with a mix of private offices, open plan workstations and work areas with some privacy for task specific requirements. The office fit-out plansallow flexible configuration and additional furniture for business expansion.

A large, welcoming open-plan reception area provides easy access to flexible meeting rooms, clinic rooms and the Technology Hub of Excellence for clients. The use of operable walls and flip-top tables ensures flexibility.

A new office fit-out that createsvibrantevent and breakout space

Integrated Living is well situated with views of Newcastle Harbour. Panoramic views were achieved using full height glass panels in the breakout area and boardroom.

One of the main design features of the office fit-out is the bi-fold doors that transform the boardroom into a large function space. In addition, the employee breakout space features a stunning island bench and multiple spaces for lunch breaks or casual meetings whilst taking in the view.

The meeting rooms, breakout area and space layout provide excellent employee collaboration opportunities.
