After initially partnering with another provider for the design phase of our project, after literally months of delay, as well as not feeling our needs were being considered, when we got to the costing stage, it was readily apparent that their initial bid was nowhere near the final cost and we didn’t have a workable space to boot! On the strength of this, we contacted Evoke.
When we met with Evoke to discuss the costings, they asked a lot of detailed questions and listened intently to gain an understanding of our objectives, along with the detail of how we operate as a practice, questions that were not previously even considered, let alone asked.
Not only did the Evoke team come back with a comprehensive and competitive price on the original design, they also put forward an entirely different design that ticked all our boxes! They got into our shoes and utilised the space so much better; increasing the total number of rooms and room sizes, as well as giving the staff a private area of their own. Over and above this, Evoke looked ahead and designed for future growth into the rear tenancy, should the need arise down the track – they designed with our interests first. What a novel idea 🙂.
Then there was the 3D Design presentation prepared by Eirin… we were blown away. It was sensational and totally encompassed who we are and what we do, a nurturing environment that also reflected our branding.
