Taggart Partners in Hamilton, NSW, enlisted the help of Evoke Projects to handle the fitout of their new offices. The project was particularly urgent for the busy accounting firm because they had to move out of their previous offices and into the new premises quickly.

Associate, Melanie Hamilton, said the firm had been able to meet its deadline and move into the new location on time thanks to Evoke Projects.

She said that Taggart Partners chose Evoke Projects because they were able to complete the fitout promptly and they offered the full package.

“They could design and install the fitout and also provide any furniture we needed. Instead of having to go to one firm for design, then source a builder to do the work and then somewhere to buy workstations, we were able to use Evoke Projects as a one-stop shop.

“Given our time frame we really needed someone to do that. We needed someone to coordinate the whole project because we didn’t have the time to do so.

“The quality of Evoke Project’s work was very good and they were also approachable. If ever we had a query or we weren’t totally comfortable with something, they’d respond quickly.

“Overall, their service was great. They were always willing to answer questions. Nothing was too much of a bother even when at times we had a lot of queries. We’re not builders so we didn’t know all the ins and outs of fitout construction.

“Evoke Projects provided an overall service that saved us time. They were also willing to work within a budget and were approachable. We felt we got value for money. We had an initial budget in mind. Once we sat down with them to see what that would cover, they then gave us options for reducing costs or spending a little more to get a quality job with different type of fixtures,” Melanie said.
