Klein & Co. are Australia’s leading independent provider of digital forensic, e-discovery and cyber incident response services. Evoke was engaged to design a stylish and humbling office environment where clients and employees felt comfortable to discuss the important cases at hand. The new office design and fit-out was to represent a very professional, dynamic and technology focused company.

Project Specifics

Klein & Co’s. clients regularly visit the office on a day to day basis therefore the customer experience upon entry was of high importance to the office design. Dark features in the reception area and one-off décor pieces that have specific meaning to the business adds a personal touch and represents the Klein & Co. brand.

The direct view through the boardroom and the external city landscape is a feature within itself. Black glazing frames and transoms create a bold statement and add interest to the overall look and feel of the office. Light timber flooring and carpet inserts brighten the space and further accentuate the dark furniture pieces. The halo pendant lights above the boardroom create a nice ambience and the timber feature wall adds warmth and texture as the backdrop to the screen wall.

Comical features and dark pieces throughout represent the mysterious nature of the business and warm neutrals and timbers compliment the external outlook to the neighboring historical buildings.

Greenery and height adjustable desks in the open plan office space promote wellbeing and encourage healthy work habits. The back of house area accommodates a private office, storage/coms room and breakout area that can also be utilised for impromptu team meetings.
