Quality Management System

Evoke Projects established and implemented a Quality Management System, which is maintained and continually improved according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard including processes needed and their interactions. The primary focus of the quality management is to meet customer requirements and to strive to exceed customer expectations.  The seven quality management principles shown below are used as a foundation to guide Evoke Projects performance improvement.

Evoke Projects has determined the required inputs and desired outputs of the processes, criteria and methods needed for effective operation and control of these processes, as well as resources needed and responsibilities and authorities for processes. Aspects connected with associated processes that could have an impact on the Management System are identified and treated in the risk management process. These aspects include:

  • The quality of the output
  • The environment
  • The health and safety of workers affected by the activities
