Client Objectives

Success Resources are world leaders in promoting seminars and guiding individuals to success; this is reflected with the energetic and forward-thinking nature of the business. With the growth of the organization came the need to relocate to a location that accommodated their future needs and reflected the young dynamic and vibrancy of the organization.
The ideal location was founded at Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont. With its charming harbour views, exposed beams, voided ceilings and warehouse style mezzanine, Evoke had the perfect canvas to work with for the office transformation.

Project Specifics

The design intent was to highlight the historic beauties of the building. Light flooring finishes and surfaces emphasize the existing rustic timber features and exposed metal beams. Greenery used throughout compliments the raw materials of the structure of the building.

The aim was to keep the office as open as possible, maximizing the amount of natural light and air from the wharf side entry into the tenancy. Private offices where built to the perimeters of the tenancy creating an openness to central areas of the office.

A breakout area and boardroom were constructed to the rear of the office below the mezzanine with open plan workstations to the voided ceiling area. Furnishings to the outdoor and entry areas encourage collaboration and more regular impromptu meetings.
