The fitout transforms the space into a calm, welcoming environment that feels a step removed from the busy Pacific Highway just outside. From the moment you enter, there’s a sense of quiet and ease, creating a more reassuring experience for patients.

A warm, neutral palette paired with timber finishes and soft green tones creates a clean, modern aesthetic that feels both professional and comfortable. Thoughtful details — from the reception design to integrated seating and a small children’s area — help support a more considered patient experience.

The layout has been carefully planned to maximise the long, narrow tenancy, ensuring smooth flow throughout the clinic while maintaining generous, functional spaces for staff. A key feature of the design is the use of high-level internal windows, allowing natural light to travel through the corridor and into consulting rooms, bringing a consistent sense of brightness across the space.
